A tip I often give when I'm coaching on how to write more persuasively is to KEEP IT SIMPLE.

I have never said to anyone, "Try to make this more complicated." It's always, "Can you make it simpler?" "Can you be more concise?" "Could we maybe shorten it a little?"

We always want to put ourselves in the position of the reader. You don't want to make them weed through a lot of unnecessary information before you get to the point where they clearly understand what the issue is and why they should take action.

If you can learn how to keep it simple and be concise in your writing, you will stand out among your peers!
